AirScrape® is a patented side skirt system for conveyor belts manufactured in Germany, which floats without contact above the belt. Thanks to the unique arrangement of hardened slats placed diagonally, air is guided from outside towards the center of the belt, creating an air suction effect. The material movement and the advancement of the belt promote and reinforce this suction effect, effectively retaining fine dust particles in the conveying zone. Furthermore, the slats guide outwardly driven coarse material towards the center of the belt, significantly reducing spillage.
